Old Dominion University Tri-Cities Higher Education Center

The Old Dominion University Tri-Cities Higher Education Center is a full-service facility offering upper level undergraduate 300 and 400 level degree completion classes, graduate and certificate programs, admissions, registration, advising and other student services for residents of Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk and surrounding areas.  Additionally, State-of-the-art conference rooms and instructional classrooms are available to public and private industries for continuing education purposes at competitive rental rates.

Tri-Cities Center is located at 1070 University Blvd., Portsmouth, VA  23703, just off College Drive (I-664, Exit 8B) in the new Mast Center Corporate Research Park. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 10:00pm, Saturday 7:30am to 5:30pm.

Program and individual class offerings are varied.  Undergraduate degree completion programs at the Center include various concentrations in engineering and engineering technology, teacher preparation, health sciences, criminal justice, business administration and others.Graduate programs available include Master of Science degrees in business, engineering, health sciences, education (special education, principal prep, reading, curriculum and instruction), and others.
