From the North
Take I-95 South to Richmond. Pick up I-64 East to Norfolk. Drive through the Hampton Roads Tunnel. Approximately 6 miles after leaving the tunnel, you will see a sign saying To Terminal Bvld/To ODU Next Right. As you bear right there will be another sign I-564 / To Terminal Blvd/ To Naval Base. Follow Terminal Blvd. until you reach Hampton Blvd. (the 3rd traffic light). Turn left onto Hampton Blvd. Turn left at the light on 41st Street. The Research Building is the 5-story building on your left at the end of the block (on the corner of 41st Street and Monarch Way).

From the South
Take I-85 North or I-95 North to Route 58 East. Follow Route 58 East to I-264 East. Take the Downtown Tunnel. Take the St. Paul's Exit. St. Paul's will turn into Monticello Avenue. Continue to follow Monticello until it intersects with 21st Street. Turn Left onto 21st Street and follow for approximately 2 miles. Turn Right onto Hampton Blvd. Go approximately 3 miles and turn right at the light on 41st Street. The Research Building is the 5-story building on your left at the end of the block (on the corner of 41st Street and Monarch Way). 

Parking
Permit and metered parking is available in the Parking Garage on the left on 41st Street and limited metered parking is available on Monarch Way. However, it is recommended that you obtain a parking pass from the University Parking Service Office. With parking pass properly displayed in your car, you may park in any designated permit/faculty/staff parking space (do NOT park in a handicapped space,a reserved space, or metered space if using a parking pass).
