INTERINSTITUTIONAL STUDY PROGRAM WITH NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY
Old Dominion University students have the opportunity to select courses at Norfolk State University through a student exchange program agreed to by the two institutions. The registrar at each institution will register a student for courses at the other institution if the student presents a properly signed Tidewater Consortium Student Cross-Registration Form listing the course(s) to be taken at the other institution. This form is not available online.
The exchange will be honored both in the regular session and in the summer session and applies to both undergraduate and graduate students. All credits earned by students will be considered as resident credit at the home institution for degree purposes. (Courses taken at NSU under this policy will be considered the same as Old Dominion University courses; all other courses are subject to transfer credit policy limitations.)
Regular bus service is provided between campuses but is not available for evening classes.
Students should visit the Office of the University Registrar, Rollins Hall, or call (757) 683-4425 for additional information.
