IMPORTANT: Changes in Policy for GI Bill Recipients
An updated Veterans Clearance Form is available from the FORMS link to the right.
| Students who have not yet submitted a Veterans Clearance Form for the Spring 2011 semester are asked to complete and submit the new form to the Registrar's Office as soon as possible. |
You may submit the new form in person at 116 Rollins Hall on the main campus, by fax to 757-683-5357, or by e-mail to vaservices@odu.edu. Only signed Veterans Clearance Forms will be processed.
Things to remember:
- Please be sure to read all terms and conditions listed on Page 1 of the new form.
- To receive a tuition deferment, you must submit a completed and signed form NO LATER THAN the tuition deadline each Fall and Spring semester. No deferments are available for Summer sessions.
- Only signed forms will be processed.
- CHANGES to the information published December 1, 2010:
- Active duty military, MEM Ashore, and certificate students must submit a new form EVERY semester after registering for classes.
- Following initial submission of the new form, if you change your major or intended degree, have a break in enrollment, or a change of benefits, you must submit a new form.
