DRAGAS INTERNATIONAL CENTER

The Dragas International Center opened in 1995. Funds to support the extensive renovation of the facility was provided through the generosity of local businessmen George Dragas, Jr. and Marcus Dragas.

The Dragas family has long supported Old Dominion University, and George Dragas, Jr. served as Rector of the Board of Visitors in 1990-91.

The Office of International Programs, Study Abroad, International Student & Scholar Services, and the English Language Center are now located in Dragas Hall -- a beautiful, newly renovated building located on the corner of Hampton Blvd and 49th Street .
