Photo: Chuck Thomas Construction to begin soon on research park in Village Old Dominion on Nov. 15 will officially announce plans for Innovation Research Park @ ODU, an $80 million development complex that will bring together university intellectual capital, faculty and students with private-sector companies to pursue research, technology development and business-creation opportunities.
