The Most Venerable Khenchen Konchog Gyaltsen Rinpoche, founder of the Tibetan Meditation Center in Frederick, Md., will give a talk titled "The Tibetan Buddhist Perspective on Enlightenment" at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 2, in the North Cafeteria of Webb Center.
