President seeks input on reducing expenditures |

We have been trying to think creatively of ways that we could reduce expenditures in order to reduce the impact of the cuts on our academic programs. We have, for example, been looking at various ways of reducing energy consumption and reorganizing services. I am writing to seek the input of faculty, staff and students in this process. Do you have a good idea? I am sure each of us has something positive to contribute to this reflection.
