Two Norfolk attorneys appointed to BOV

Gov. Jim Gilmore appointed two new members to the Board of Visitors in July, who succeed two former members he chose not to reappoint, Lawrie Falck Rollison and Lois S. Williams.

The new members are Norfolk attorneys Henry P. Bouffard and Walter DeKalb Kelley Jr.

Bouffard is a partner with the law firm of Vandeventer Black, L.L.P., and concentrates his practice in maritime, international and construction law and litigation.

Kelley is a partner with the firm of Willcox & Savage, P.C. His specialty is business litigation. TOP
