The Old Dominion University Daily News Web site, Quest magazine and the Office of Admissions' cd-rom won honors at the 53rd annual Virginia Public Relations Awards Luncheon in Richmond recently.
All three initiatives were awarded Certificates of Merit and recognized as among the top publications in the state in their respective categories.
The program, sponsored by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), recognizes communication and graphic excellence in several categories. Awards were also given for annual reports, special events, community relations, crisis management and media relations. Several hundred entries were received from across the commonwealth.
