Glenda Humphreys, director of human resources, will discuss a proposed compensation plan for state employees at the next general meeting of the Hourly and Classified Employees Association Wednesday, Dec. 1.

She will address proposed changes to current pay scales, evaluation procedures and raises.

The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. in the Cape Charles/Isle of Wight Room in Webb Center.
