Faculty leading study abroad classes in

Old Dominion students will discover new worlds this summer under the leadership of the following faculty members who are offering intensive courses on location in Asia, Europe, Central America and the Middle East:

•Kae Chung (Business Management), “Management Seminar Abroad” in Korea and China, May 13-27.

•Justin Friberg (Political Science and Geography), “Geography Field Study in Costa Rica,” June 26 to July 7 and July 10-22.

•Earl Honeycutt (Marketing), “The Philippines: Sociocultural and Economic Development,” May 13-27.

•Qui Jin (History), “Modern China: History, Culture and Society,” May 17 to June 1.

•James Johnson (Business Management) will accompany students participating in the “Economics, Politics, and Business in Europe” program, taught by faculty of the University of the West of England (in Bristol and Brussels).

•Kathy Pearson (History) and Elizabeth Lipsmeyer (Art), “History and Art of Greece and Cyprus,” May 9 to June 5.

•Michael Pearson (English), “International Travel Writing Seminar in England and France,” May 8-20.

•Dale Russell (Educational Leadership and Counseling), “Cross-Cultural Perspectives in Human Services” in Ireland, July 1-15.

•Don Ziegler (Political Science and Geography), “Middle East Geography: Jordan and Israel,” May 12-27.
