In the last issue of The Courier, a story about Berhanu Mengistu, associate professor of public administration, incorrectly identified his latest publication as a booklet. Mengistu published the book, "Spend and Deliver: A Guide to the Medium-Term Expenditure Framework," with Laura Walker, provincial budget director at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of South Africa. The book, which explains the medium-term expenditure framework budget, was presented to the country's Parliament and reprinted for distribution to its citizens.
