Ms. Cinda Cooper Ayers, Major Gifts Officer for the College of Business and Public Administration, received a B.A. in English in 1989 from the College of William and Mary. Previously she was the Annual Fund Director for the Virginia Arts Festival.

Ms. Michelle M. Falck, Assistant Director, Marketing and Communications, received an M.B.A. in Business Administration for Development in 1995 from Universidad San Francisco de Quito in Ecuador and a B.A. in English and Spanish in 1992 from Dickinson College. She has been a Public Relations/Marketing Specialist at Old Dominion.

Ms. Barbara M. Henley, Director of Planned Giving, received a B.A. in Business Management in 1996 from Virginia Wesleyan College. Previously she was Director of Planned Giving at Hampden-Sydney College.

Ms. Catherine Mary Lewis, Community Engagement Liaison, graduate of the W. Page Pitt School of Journalism at Marshall University. She is the founding host of "HearSay with Cathy Lewis" on 89.5 WHRV-FM that was launched in 1996 and host and Executive Producer of What Matters on WHRO-DT 15.1.

Mr. Hunter W. Wortham, Major Gifts Officer for the College of Sciences, received an M.B.A. in 2009 from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Psychology in 1994 from James Madison University. Previously he was Director of Advancement at Chesapeake Bay Academy.
