Ms. Erin E. Colwell, Professional Counselor, received an M.S.Ed. in Counseling in 2010 from Old Dominion University and a B.A. in Psychology in 2006 from Lake Forest College. Previously she was a Student Success Advisor/Academic Advisor at Tidewater Community College.

Dr. Anand Kapur, Physician, Student Health Services, received an M.D. in 2003 from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a B.A. in Biology in 1999 from Case Western Reserve University. He has been a family medicine and sports medicine physician for Bon Secours Health System.

Ms. Shannon Sauerwald, Assistant Director of Marketing and Membership, Office of Recreational Sports, received a B.A. in Communications in 1991 from Old Dominion University. Previously she was the Membership/Program Services Director at the Simon Family Jewish Community Center.

Mr. Brian Shaw, Professional Counselor, received an M.A. in Counseling in 2008 from Wake Forest University, a B.S. in Computer Science in 1997 from North Carolina State University and is expected to receive a Ph.D. in Counseling from Old Dominion University in 2011. He has been a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Old Dominion University.
