Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC)

Captain Thomas V. Halley, Jr. received an M.B.A. in 1984 from Austin Peay State University and a B.S. in Economics in 1981 from the University of Tennessee. He has numerous tours flying the A-4 Skyhawk and the F-18 Hornet and served as Executive Officer and Commanding Officer of VFA-82 and Commander of the Strike Fighter Wing Atlantic.

Lieutenant Blake W. LaFever received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in 2003 from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He was last assigned as Submarine Operations Officer for COMDESRON TWO in Norfolk, VA, where he participated in the planning of several exercises including BALTOPS 2008 and Submarine Command Course Class 18.

Lieutenant Chad A. Martin received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. During his enlisted service as an electronics technician, he served five years onboard USS Philadelphia (SSN-690) and two years at Fleet Technical Support Center Atlantic as a communications field service technician.

Lieutenant Commander Todd J. Pierce received a Bachelor of Science in Safety Science from the University of Southern California in 1994 and was subsequently selected for F-14 Tomcats. His last assignment included a program exchange with the U.S. Air Force 34th Fighter Squadron where he deployed to Iraq as their Operations Officer.
