Mr. Jason E. Barr, Associate Site Director, Blue Ridge Community College, received an M.A. in English, an M.A.T. in Education and a B.A. in English, in 2008, 2005 and 2001 respectively, from James Madison University. He has been an Adjunct English Teacher at Blue Ridge Community College and National College.

Ms. Brooke Brown, Assistant Coordinator of the Transfer Student Resource Center, University College, received an M.S. in Education in 2008 from Old Dominion University and a B.A. in Sociology in 2006 from Randolph-Macon College. She has been a Counselor in the Career and Transfer Resource Center at Tidewater Community College.

Mr. Yong Chen, Instructional Technology Specialist, Center for Learning Technologies, received an M.A. in Educational Technology in 2009 from San Diego State University, an M.A. in Advertising in 2005 from Michigan State University and a B.A. in Advertising in 1999 from Beijing University, China. Previously he was an Instructional Designer for Speakeasy Consulting in San Diego, CA.

Ms. Daniela Cigularova, Assistant Director for Enrollment and Student Services, Virginia Beach Higher Education Center, received an M.S. in Student Affairs in Higher Education in 2006 from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Banking and Finance in 1998 from the University of Economics, Varna, Bulgaria. Previously she was Chair of Marketing and Public Relations at the Naperville Cultural Center.

Dr. Christopher A. Davis, Senior Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Records, received a Ph.D. in Higher Education, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and an M.S. in Computer Science, in 2010, 2008 and 2003 respectively, from Old Dominion University, and a B.S. in Business Administration in 1998 from Averett College. He has been Senior Assistant Registrar for Degree Evaluation and NCAA Athletic Eligibility at Old Dominion University.

Ms. Leanne B. Hillery, Cataloging and Metadata Services Librarian, received an M.B.A. in 2008 from Regent University, an M.I.L.S. in 1988 from the University of Michigan, and a B.A. in English in 1985 from West Virginia University. Previously she was the Librarian for Marketing and Public Relations at Regent University Library.

Mr. Matthew Jabaily, Education Reference Librarian and Librarian I, received a Master of Library and Information Studies in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.A. in English in 2004 from Carleton College. Previously he worked at the MERIT (Education) Library at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Ms. Charity Karcher, Health Sciences Reference Librarian, received a Master of Library and Information Science in 1998 from the University of South Carolina College of Library and Information Science and a B.A. in Russian Studies in 1988 from Eckerd College. Previously she was the Pharmacy Services Librarian at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center.

Ms. Nakia Madry, Assistant Director for the Career Management Center/Cyber Center Supervisor, received an M.B.A. in Marketing in 2005 from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Music Engineering Technology in 1999 from Hampton University. Previously she was employed by Career Connection.com at Landmark Communications as a Recruitment Consultant and with multiple musical and public relations organizations.

Ms. Katherine F. Mason, Information Delivery Services Librarian, received a Master of Library Science and a Bachelor of General Studies, in 2007 and 2005 respectively, from Indiana University. Previously she was an Associate Academic Librarian at the University of Wisconsin - Barron County.

Ms. Erin Miller, Study Abroad Coordinator, received a Master of Science in Education, International Higher Education Leadership in 2009 from Old Dominion University and a B.S in Education in 2006 from Ohio University. She has been a Graduate Assistant in the Office of Study Abroad at Old Dominion University.

Ms. Deborah D. Norris, Instructional Designer in the Center for Learning Technologies, received an M.S. in Business/Industry Training in 2003 from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Industrial Technology in 1994 from Virginia State University. Previously she was a Senior Instructional Systems Designer (Contractor) for C 2 Technologies.

Dr. Terrell Perry, Senior Research Associate/Assessment Coordinator for Education, Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, received an Ed.D. in Adult Education in 1985 from Nova Southeastern University and an M.S.Ed. in Counseling and a B.S. in Psychology, in 1978 and 1975 respectively, from Old Dominion University. He has been an Instructional Designer/Assistant Professor in the Center for Learning Technologies at Old Dominion University.

Ms. Laura E. Ray, Lecturer, English Language Center, received an M.A. in TESOL and Sociolinguistics in 2008 from Old Dominion University and a B.S. in Wildlife Biology in 2005 from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). She has been an interim faculty member and administrative coordinator in the English Language Center at Old Dominion University.

Mr. David Sorey, Senior Assistant Registrar for Scheduling and Enrollment Services, received an M.S. in Education-Occupational and Technical Studies in 2002 from Old Dominion University and a B.A. in Mass Communications in 1994 from California State University. He has been Senior Assistant Registrar and Coordinator of Scheduling at Old Dominion University.

Mr. David Swift, Instructional Designer in the Center for Learning Technologies, received an M.S. in Educational Technology in 1995 from Lehigh University, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in 1984 and is enrolled in the Instructional Design and Technology Ph.D. program at Old Dominion University. Previously he was an Instructional Designer and Project Manager for the Old Dominion University Research Foundation.

Ms. Trenise M. West, Associate Site Director at Fort Belvoir, Office of Distance Learning, received an M.Ed. in Elementary Education in 1994 from Marymount University and a B.S. in Social Science Education in 1989 from the University of Georgia. She has been an Administrative Services Manager for Axseum Solutions and an Administrative Support Specialist Volunteer for Army Community Service, Fort Belvoir.
