Certify a Classified Position 

This action is initiated by the manager at the beginning of each evaluation cycle to determine the performance plan and development needs.  The due date is December 1st.

This action is initiated by the manager for the new employees to have the opportunity to review their position descriptions within the first 30 days of hire.
