Old Dominion University Undergraduate Research Symposium
Saturday, February 6, 2010
Diehn Fine and Performing Arts Building, ODU Campus
The Undergraduate Research Symposium provides undergraduates at Old Dominion University with the opportunity to present the results of their research projects in a public forum. ODU students and faculty, area high school students, their parents, students from area colleges, and members of the community are all invited to attend.
Old Dominion University faculty members are invited to submit proposals for complete sessions via email (dmetzger@odu.edu) by November 15, 2009. We are interested in a variety of session formats: oral presentations, exhibitions, performances, and poster presentations. The goal of the session/presentations will be to present a profile of undergraduate research in your respective college or discipline. The online schedule for last year's conference is available for your review.
Each session is limited to one hour. For oral presentations and performance sessions, please allow some time for a question/answer period.
A copy of the proposal form is provided here.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact to the Symposium Organizer (David Metzger, Dean of the Honors College): dmetzger@odu.edu, 683-4865, 2000 BAL.
