The Faculty Senate has been busy this year updating our Constitution and Bylaws, and the edited versions can be found below. If you would like to see the original versions, please click on the Governance tab.

Amendment to the Bylaws:

  • The revised Bylaws shall become effective upon Faculty approval of the revised Constitution. The language regarding (1) School of Medicine and School of Health Professions and (2) expansion of the Executive Committee shall become effective upon the integration of the EVMS Faculty into the ODU Faculty Forum.
