Helping Students and Families Pay Tuition
The Office of Finance assists students and their families with issues pertaining to billing and payment. Once students have registered for classes, it is important that they familiarize themselves with deadlines and other information to avoid the inability to access records and the assessment of financial penalties. It is important to encourage students to become familiar with the financial policies specified in the University Catalog and other relevant publications.
Assistance is provided to help students understanding: billing information, payment options, financial aid disbursement, financial penalties, balance of aid checks, tuition refund procedures and student account information.
Billing statements are issued to students' odu.edu e-mail accounts.

January 8, 2009
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered for the fall and spring semesters only and must be established after all registration activity is complete and no later than the tuition deadline for the semester.
