Platform Party Information

Reporting Place and Time

The platform party assembles for robing in the Board of Visitors Conference Room in Webb University Center.

Please arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Platform party photographs will be taken once all members are present and robed.

Regalia

Academic attire for Board of Visitors members, honorary degree recipients, and speakers will be in the Board of Visitors Conference Room upon your arrival.

Other platform party members are responsible for obtaining and bringing their own academic attire.

Processional

The platform party will lead the academic processional. The University Marshal will follow the bagpiper (weather permitting). A staffmember from University Events will be in the BOV Conference Room to assist with lineup.
