This site is your central source for information about the commencement ceremony. Please read through each section to ensure that you have completed all of the necessary steps to graduate and participate in the commencement ceremony.

December 2009 Ceremonies

The ceremony in which you participate is determined by your academic college. You will automatically be assigned to the appropriate ceremony based on your academic college. Please check the list below to see what time your ceremony is.

December 2009 Candidates
April 30, 2009 Deadline to apply for graduation with the Registrar's Office
September 14, 15 & 16, 2009 Graduation Fair University Village Bookstore Monday & Tuesday hours: 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday hours: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
November 2, 2009 Deadline to submit the online participation registration
November 10-24, 2009 Reserved ticket distribution
December 14-19, 2009 Commencement week activities (see Schedule of Activities for full details)
December 19, 2009 Commencement Ceremony 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
