Commencement Ceremony Questions/Concerns
Commencement Central Response Line 757.683.6797 Please leave your full name (with the spelling of your last name), your University ID Number (UIN - no social security numbers please), a return phone number, a return email address, and your specific question on the message. It is important to leave an email address, as all responses are made via email. Incomplete or inaudible messages may not be returned. The response line is checked at least twice daily and calls are returned in the order in which they are received. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response.

Other subject lines or a lack of subject line may result in the email going into the SpamTrap and/or being deleted. This is particularly important if you are using a non-ODU email address that does not display your name in the "From" field. Please be certain to include the following information in your email: Your full name University ID Number (UIN - no social security numbers) Your specific question Your email will be returned in the order in which it was received within 3 business days, unless an auto-response message informs you otherwise.
