Interviewing skills focus on two things: students' familiarity with what they have to offer - knowledge, skills and experience - and their ability to apply these to workplace requirements.

Job Search Techniques
Job search techniques encourage research techniques as they assist students in identifying and applying for jobs which match with their acquired knowledge, skills, and experience.

Networking
Networking emphasizes the importance of high quality information in the job search process and encourages students to identify people they already know as a part of their networks.

Resume Skills
Resume skills assist students to articulate on paper what they have studied and what they have experienced in ways which will help them in their applications for employment, public service, graduate school or other next steps.

Salary Negotiation
Salary negotiation encourages students to evaluate salary as one portion of the compensation along with things such as job satisfaction, further education, benefits and other important components.
