Provide practice interviews with ODU students & Alumni matched to your industry or career area and offer feedback. We coordinate the schedule and provide interviews with an interview evaluation tool.

This is one of hottest programs as it helps students and alumni simulate and interview experience. Prior to the event participants are encouraged to research the organizations to whom they are interviewing.  Then the participants will come meet with representatives for 15 to 20 minutes who will ask questions from the ODU mock interview questionnaire and rate them based on the mock interview rating scale provided. Participants love this program and volunteers enjoy sharing their knowledge and expertise with the ODU community.  The Event is free to participate in as a mock interviewer. Contact employers@odu.edu regarding details. This event can also be sponsored and all marketing will highlight the sponsored organizations name and commitment to ODU students and alumni.
