Description: The fair is open to anyone interested in pursuing a career in K-12 education (either as teachers or teaching assistants, school counselors, administrators, speech pathologists, psychologists or nurses) The expo will be held on Thursday and Friday, February 14 & 15, 2008.  On Thursday, February 14 (Job Fair Portion: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm) and Friday, February 15 (Interview Portion: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm), over 100 public, charter, international and private/independent schools will be coming to UVA's Newcomb Hall (3rd floor) to meet and interview candidates for their openings, both summer and full-time. The event is free for candidates--just sign in at the registration desk at the event. Candidates must attend the 2/14 portion to be able to schedule interviews for the 2/15 portion unless able to schedule interviews in advance of the event--see web site for more details.
