Getting Credit for Your Internship or Co-op

Undergraduate Business Students:
To get academic credit for your internship you must meet several prerequisites and complete a learning contract. This contract must be approved by your employer and your faculty sponsor.

Graduate Students:
Graduate students in the College of Business and Public Administration are eligible to obtain academic credit for internship experiences.

For both graduate students and undergraduate students you will need to complete a learning contract and return it to our office in Constant 1011 in order to be registered for credit for your internship or co-op. Once we receive your paperwork you will receive an email from our office informing you that you can register for the class in Leo online. PLEASE NOTE that until you have received an email from our office the class will appear full in Leo online.

Please also be aware that when registering for an internship/co-op you will pay for the internship per credit hour, in the same way as you do for all other classes.
