Old Dominion presented Distinguished Alumni awards to six former students at the annual Founders’ Day program last fall. Recipients were Barry S. Segal ’69, D.D.S., of Aventura, Fla.; H. Lynn Hopewell Jr. ’58 of Warrenton, Va.; Brig. Gen. Kathleen M. Gainey ’78 of Arlington, Va.; Michael C. May ’81 of McLean, Va.; Barry M. Kornblau ’71 of Richmond; and Doña A.P. Storey ’73 of Virginia Beach.
