At her inauguration, President Runte announced the initiation of a project that will result in a new sculpture for campus made with coins from around the world. Peace and international understanding will be the theme for the symbolic piece of art. Alumni who wish to contribute to the project may bring their foreign coins to the collection box in Webb Center or mail them to: Office of the President, Koch Hall, Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Va. 23529.
