2013 Broderick-Evon Award for Community Engagement and Service
President John R. Broderick and First Lady Kate Broderick established the Broderick – Evon Award for Community Engagement and Service in honor of Ellen Broderick and Joan Evon. The prize will be awarded to any sophomore or junior who has displayed commitment to service and civic engagement to the university and surrounding community through superior leadership and service. The recipient will receive a monetary award and will be announced at the University's Student Awards Reception and Dinner on May 9, 2013.
Complete application packets include:
· A letter of support by any faculty, staff, chaplain, or alumnus of the University
· Two letters of recommendation. They should be written by individuals who know the merit of your work or who can cite examples of your character, leadership, and/or academic ability.
· A completed application

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Friday, March 8, 2013 by 5 P.M. Materials submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
