Office Assistant Needed:
ARAMARK (Monarch Dining Services at ODU) is now hiring for a Part-Time Office Assistant in the Marketing & Communications department.
Primary responsibilities include:
*inputting and maintaining the online visual menus
*updating and maintaining the residential dining location web pages
*managing the residential texting platform to include replying to and posting the texts, running reports, and trouble shooting
*managing the online evaluation platform to include creating and uploading the surveys, sending them out to the management team, running reports, and trouble shooting
*managing the Student Advisory Group (SAG) secret shopping program and sending out updates
*managing the residential theme meal calendar to include ordering and distributing decorations and signage
*creating intercept surveys using our SurveyMonkey account
This person will also assist with tabling for marketing events; taking event pictures and/or videos at the events; and creating marketing collateral if needed. Administrative duties as necessary. MUST be a team player, deadline and detail oriented, able to follow directions, able to work independently, and computer savvy. Customer service experience and an interest in the marketing field is preferred. Qualifications include: proficient in MS office and good communication skills. $10-12 per hour, 15-20 hours per week.
