OCCS System Maintenance

OCCS System Maintenance will be conducted on Sunday, January 20, 2013.  Specific services that will be impacted include:

From 6 a.m. to 10 a.m: Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:

• BannerINB
• Leo Online
• Workflow
• Travel & Expense
• DegreeWorks

From 7 a.m. to 11 a.m: Access to the following system will be intermittent:

• MyODU Portal (my.odu.edu)

The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.

Please note: To maintain optimal performance, OCCS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
