Women's History Month 2014 Events

<p> <strong>LUNAFEST</strong></p> <p> Monday, March 3</p> <p> 6:30 P.M. Cake &amp; Raffle Reception for great local prizes</p> <p> 7:30 P.M. Showtime</p> <p> ODU University Theatre, 4600 Hampton Blvd.</p> <p> An evening of short films made by and about women. All proceeds will benefit The Breast Cancer Fund and the YWCA of South Hampton Roads. Participate in our raffle for great local prizes! Raffle tickets will be sold during the reception for $1. The ladies of Sigma Alpha Iota will delight us with pieces written and performed by women such as Pink, Taylor Swift, Corinne Bailey Rae and more. Be a part of the solution to stop sexual and relationship violence against women. Slip on a pair of heels and walk with us around campus showing your fellow Monarchs that you&rsquo;re an ally in this movement to end violence. Heels will be provided. Participate in our Drag Relay Race, visit our info tables to show your support and participate in our Men of Quality photo/video shoot. Women are encouraged to attend wearing sneakers. Prizes will be awarded to the Monarch and student group raising the most money. All proceeds benefit the YWCA of South Hampton Roads.
