<p> <strong>Insurance, Risk Management, and Financial Planning Careers Reception</strong></p> <p> <strong>Hello ODU students,</strong></p> <p> <strong>Looking for a Career or Internship?</strong></p> <p> <strong>•Purpose: Provide ODU students from ALL MAJORS the opportunity to mingle with industry professionals and learn about career possibilities in these professions:</strong></p> <p> <strong>–Risk manager, loss control specialist</strong></p> <p> <strong>–Insurance (both life-health and property liability; commercial and personal): underwriter, claims adjuster, actuary, sales</strong></p> <p> <strong>–Financial planner, Employee benefits specialist</strong></p> <p> <strong>–And more</strong></p> <p> <strong>•When: Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the Webb Center (North Cafeteria) at ODU. There will be food if you are hungry.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><em>The Insurance and Financial Services program at ODU aims to serve as an intermediary to bring the right students and corporations together, both providing the industry with the next generation of talent and students with a satisfying, meaningful, and well-paying livelihood.
