CCPO Seminar Series - Feb. 17
<pre wrap=""> The CCPO seminar on Feb. 17 will be presented by Dr. Nicholas Heavens from the Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences Program at Hampton University. Dr. Heavens studies the role of aerosols and clouds in the weather and in past and present climates of planetary bodies in our solar system. He uses modeling combined with remote sensing data in his studies of the Earth and other planets. His seminar will focus on his recent work on the climate dynamics of the Late Paleozoic Ice Age and the relevance of this to our current climate.
