Physically Active Individuals* With Anterior Knee Pain**

(Front of the Knee)

Men and Women Age 18-45

*Workout at least 3x/wk for 30 mins. each time

 

WHY?

To Investigate Lower Extremity Mechanics During Single Leg Landing Tasks In Individuals With Anterior Knee Pain

**ANTERIOR KNEE PAIN:

 Pain in the anterior (front) aspect of your knee that has been present for a minimum of 2 weeks and is not as a result of an acute injury.

 Do you have pain in anterior aspect of your knee when you are running, jumping, squatting, ascending stairs, or descending stairs?
