OCCS System Maintenance

OCCS System Maintenance will be conducted on Sunday, January 6, 2012.  Specific services that will be impacted include:

Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Access to the following services/systems will be unavailable:

             Banner

            Leo Online

            Touchnet E-billing and E-Refunds

Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:

 FootPrints

MyODU Portal

MIDAS (midas.odu.edu)

Monarch-Key Authentication

Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Blackboard will be unavailable

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:

 Perception

Resource 25 Scheduling

Video Streaming Archives

News.odu.edu

Forms.odu.edu

Faculty Student Communication System (FSCS)

LIONS

MFD Printing

Inquisite

The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past 12:00 noon.

Please note: To maintain optimal performance, OCCS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
