Present at the Open and Digital Learning Resources Conference in March. Submit proposal by 1/18.
Dear Faculty Community,
In March, Virginia will hold its first annual Open and Digital Learning Resources Conference**, designed to bring together teams from Virginia higher education institutions to discuss the burgeoning use of open and digital learning resources (ODLR) in education.
The conference will showcase current ODLR projects and practices and will link higher educational institutions together in order to develop a vibrant community of practice around the use of digital learning resources in Virginia.
ODU has been asked to submit multiple proposals for presentations to be given at the conference. Prospective topics for presentations are listed in the attachment.
I ask you to encourage those among your department's faculty who are interested in the topic of digital learning resources to submit a proposal to address the conference. The Center for Learning and Teaching has been asked to submit all of the ODU proposals in one package, so please send them to me at this address: email@example.com.
Please submit your proposals to me by Friday, January 18. The guidelines for proposals are in the attached document.
I hope to hear from you soon about this exciting opportunity for ODU.
