the Global Certificate Program: Study Abroad- Gained Experience

The Global Certificate Program’s last session of this semester will be held on Wednesday, December 05, 2012.
Study Abroad: Gained Experience
Study Abroad: Gained Experience will focus on Monarchs who have successfully completed a study abroad experience. A staff member from the Office of Study Abroad will moderate as returning students will share their experiences and wisdom from their journeys.  Through learning about the students’ expectations prior their trips, social and academic adventures, and their changed perceptions of the destination country and the U.S., participants will better understand international students and scholars/researchers in our ODU community—as well as the importance of overseas encounters.
Date: Wednesday, December 5th, 2012
Time: 10.00 AM to 12.00PM
Location: Chesapeake Room, Webb Center
