OCCS System Maintenance

OCCS System Maintenance will be conducted on Sunday, November 18, 2012.  Specific services that will be impacted include:

 Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

 Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:

             Axis TV

            Adobe Connect

            Video Streaming Archives

Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.

 Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:

            Madison Digital Imaging Database

            Monarch General Hospital

 Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

Network Access to and from VMASC will be unavailable

Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.

SharePoint will be unavailable

Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

 MIDAS (midas.odu.edu) will be unavailable

The timelines given are estimates for the duration of the system outages and/or service disruptions.  Maintenance procedures will start promptly as indicated.  The actual duration of the outages and/or service disruptions may be less than posted but will not go past 12:00 noon on Sunday.
