    The above listing of SOLs are truly open to interpretation -- since we've left these activities open enough that theoretically you could address any standard within the context of each of the activities described -- for example, kids could explore electricity concepts using the light that they keep on their water sample as a springboard to developing the idea of what's circuit especially if one day the light wasn't working.
