Parking Garages
Elkhorn Avenue Parking Garage "A"
The parking deck is zoned for commuter parking except for 50 spaces located on the north side of the facility. They are metered spaces and controlled by a multi-space parking meter. Vehicles parked in one of the numbered spaces must pay the metered rate. All other spaces are decal controlled and considered a commuter lot. The garage is open Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and on Friday from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (closed on weekends). During semester breaks, holidays and summer school the garage is closed.
- Overnight parking is allowed in the MLPF with advanced approval by PTS office.
- Vehicles remaining in garage after posted closing hours are subject to penalty.
43rd St. Parking Garage "B"
The parking garage is zoned for commuter and special events parking except for 50 spaces located on the north side of the facility. All other spaces are decal controlled and considered a commuter lot. The garage is open Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. and on Friday from 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (closed on weekends). During semester breaks and holidays the garage is closed.
CC South Parking Garage "C"
Located on the corner of 41st St. & Hampton Blvd. The main entrance and exit is from 43rd Street. The garage is zoned for overflow and special events parking except for the bottom level of the garage, which is controlled by multi-space parking meters found at each pedestrian exit. Vehicles parked in one of the numbered spaces on the bottom level must pay the metered rate. Meters are not operational during special events. All other spaces are decal controlled and considered an overflow lot.
North Village Garage "D"
Located on 47th Street. The garage is zoned for overflow and special events parking except for the botton level of the garage, which is set-aside for hotel patrons. This garage is opened 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Special events may limit parking availability.
