OVERVIEW – CULTURAL COMPETENCIES – Dr.R. Michael Philson, Executive Director, Office of International Programs

This session focuses on the general topic of global competency. It will look at basic issues of international education, the difference between internationalization and globalization, and how universities deal with the goal of developing globally competent learners.
