ALTERNATE WORK SCHEDULES

Alternative work hours may be necessary in some instances to provide effective services to the University community. As far as practicable, the University also tries to provide employees with a work schedule that is flexible enough to allow an opportunity to balance work and family or personal responsibilities. Alternative work schedules include job sharing, flextime, compressed workweeks and nine/ten/eleven month appointments.
