Disbursements
Disbursements is responsible for processing all payments for the University. It is the responsibility of Disbursements to insure that all financial obligations of Old Dominion University are paid timely from receipt in the Office of Finance. We also ensure University compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff and vendors related to inquiries on payments.
