A
University identification card is a must for all Old Dominion University
students, faculty and staff and should be carried at all times while
on campus. The card, which identifies you as a currently enrolled student
and/or staff member, also entitles you to various other privileges and
potential uses on and off campus.

What do I need to bring to the Card Center
to receive my ID card?
Students:
You must be a currently registered student. You may be asked to show
a printout of your registration and/or a printout of the page listing
your University Identification Number (UIN). Both can be printed from
LEO Online. You will also need to show some sort of formal picture ID
(driver's license, military ID, passport).
Faculty/Staff:
You will need to be employed by a department within Old Dominion University.
You may be asked to show your hiring letter or pay stub. You may also
be asked for a printout listing your University ID number (UIN) which
can be found on LEO Online. You will also need to show some sort of
formal picture ID (driver's license, military ID, passport).
Faculty/Staff Dependents:
Please see the chart below to see if you qualify for an ID card. You
will n need to show some sort of formal picture ID (driver's license,
military ID, passport) to receive the ID card.

We do not make appointments. Please just come by the Card Center located
in room 1110 Webb Center anytime during our normal business hours.

In order to get these documents,
you may use the computer labs. The lab consultants should be able
to assist you.
1. Log into Leo Online
2. Go to Personal Information
3. Click on “View University & MIDAS Identification Numbers”
4. Print that page
To receive the new ID card you MUST have either:
1. Your Old ID Card, Copy of the UIN page from Leo Online or paycheck
stub with UIN (the attainabilty of the UIN page is mentioned above)
2. Copy of your registration (if you are a new student). This may
be your class schedule.
3. Valid photo ID (driver’s license, military ID, passport,
etc)
