Workshop Offered on 'Leveraging Social Media to Enhance Your Courses'

Faculty members are invited to share their strategies and experience ways to use social media in their courses in a workshop next week on "Leveraging Social Media to Enhance Your Courses."

Kyle Nicholas, lecturer of communication and theatre arts, and Deborah Norris, instructional designer with the Center for Learning and Teaching, will be available to assist with hands-on exploration of social media tools. At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to: discuss several ways to utilize social media, identify several social media tools that may be effective in their courses and locate additional resources.

This workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 13, in the CLT's Faculty Development Lab, Gornto 101.
