Free Flu Shots Available to Employees, Family Members

All adult full-time employees and family members age 18 years or older who are enrolled in state health benefits will have an opportunity to receive a free flu shot again this year. Participants must present their member ID card at the time of vaccination.

The vaccination will be administered in the arm, so participants are advised to wear a loose-fitting long sleeve or short sleeve shirt or blouse.

Flu shots are being offered on the following dates:

Wednesday, Oct. 23 - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Benefits Fair in Webb Center

Wednesday, Oct. 30 - 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Potomac/York River Room, Webb Center.

Contact the Benefits Office at benefits@odu.edu for a consent form, which is required on the day of the vaccination.
