Music Department Presents Free Concerts This Month

Invencia Piano Duo

The music department is presenting three free concerts, featuring a variety of instrumentation, at the Diehn Center for the Performing Arts this month.

Dennis Zeisler will direct the ODU Wind Ensemble in a performance at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, in the atrium.

On Friday, Sept. 27, the Invencia Piano Duo of Andrey Kasparov and Oksana Lutsyshyn will present a 10-year anniversary concert, featuring the highlights of a career that has led to international recording success. The program begins at 7:30 p.m. in Chandler Recital Hall.

A faculty recital on Monday, Sept. 30, will feature Brian Nedvin and Stephen Coxe with Mike Hall, trombone, and Marlene Ford, French horn. The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in Chandler Recital Hall.
